Happy Anniversary

I might be a little biased, but I like to think that I have the best parents in the world.  They support me in anything, would do anything for me, let me move back in with them after college, have taught me how to love and after years they still love each other!  As of tomorrow, they will be married 30 years and they are going to be celebrating in great fashion.

We had a little get together on Saturday night with the two of them and Steven and Caitlin.  My dad asked me to make a card for my mom, and I went ahead and made one for my dad from my mom too.  I was very happy with the outcome of them and they loved them too!!

While making their cards, I used parts of their wedding invitations from 30 years ago.  They moved up their wedding, so they never got to use them so I thought I would.

My dad had a little surprise for my mom, so he typed it up and I included it in her card.  Mom's card is on top, and I used parts of their wedding invitations from the envelopes to details on the cards.

The flower details on mom's envelope are from the edge details on the wedding invitations.  The wedding invitation is behind both of their cards.

Inside of mom's card I included the other part of what dad had typed.  His surprise was going back to Corpus Christi for the week, where they spent their honeymoon 30 years ago.
Happy Anniversary, mom and dad!!  I love you guys and can't wait to see you celebrate another 30.
