Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo

This is without a doubt one of my favorite days of the entire year!  It comes and goes quickly, but I am giddy like a kid on Christmas morning when it gets here.  My family goes every year.  My granny use to be the one to order our tickets, now my mom does it, and I imagine someday I will get passed the ordering reigns too.

Here are a few highlights from the rodeo this year!!
Ticket!!!, and lunch at Woodshed.  If you have never eaten at a Tim Love restaurant then shame on you!!!  Shame on you!!!  Woodshed is right across from my brother's apartment and one of my new favorite places!

Right before the big event and you better believe it always starts at 2:00 pm on the dot!
The six flags of Texas right before all the opening festivities began!

Kaycee Feild!
Bareback Bronc rider and one of the best rides I have seen in a long time.
There is a good reason why he is a Million Dollar Cowboy!
More rides, chuck wagon races, and lots of fun!!
A good time was had by all.  I got to see lots of cute cowboys and spent some quality time with the fam!!
As always, Ft. Worth was a great time!  And in true Ft. Worth style the rodeo did not disappoint!!!!
Until next year...

I have never EVER missed a year at the ft worth stock show until this year. Seriously, I am 25 years old. Now that I've moved to Lubbock I don't get down to the DFW area much and this year we were too busy. That food looks amaze. I can smell it all from here. My friends Mom rides in the grad entry every year, she's one of the flag girls. S glad you enjoyed it!!!

Thank you for linking up with us!!

I love the rodeo! Too bad my husband doesn't, and in Cali it's pretty rare to find one! It's good to live vicariously through this!!
