Hello Again
This blog of mine has acquired quite a few new friends since the last time we had a little intro, so I wanted to do it again to welcome all of you, new and old friends! When I started this blog I was not after numbers, in fact I wasn't quite sure what I was after at all. Now, a year and a half later, I am still not after numbers, rather I am after relationships. I have loved getting to know my readers, following their blogs, and grow relationships with many of them.
So, I ask that you allow me to introduce (or reintroduce) myself, and then you do the same.
For starters: I am a twenty-four year old and I live and work in the small Texas town that I grew up in. My small town roots go deep and I love living here.
I am an Interior Designer and I enjoy going to work everyday. My days vary from designing and laying out buildings to visiting job sites and watching construction.
A year ago I was driving into the city everyday for a job that I thought I loved and thought was my dream job. I was a store designer for a large retail store and I designed stores all over the world. I lost that job after ten months and losing it was one of the best things that has every happened to me.
Design is my passion that I get paid for and traveling is my passion that I pay for. A love for traveling is something that I get from my granmom and I cannot get enough. I like to view every trip as an adventure, and I am always ready for the next adventure!!
I love to paint my fingernails, but I never know when is the appropriate time to paint them is. So let me say that again, I love to paint my fingernails but always mess them up just before they are dry.
I am a planner. I am an organizer. I am a bit OCD CDO.
I am stubborn. Perhaps stubborn is not a good word to describe me, but when I make up my mind it is made up. I never knew this about myself until my parents so graciously pointed it out to me.
Texas country makes me happy!
And sweet tea!
I drive an FJ Cruiser. It is probably the least practical vehicle I could have gotten, but hey, I'm single and the only person I have to drive around is my dog!
Singleness is my current status. I am blessed that the Lord has chosen to make this chapter of my life longer than others, and I just see it as more time with just the Lord and I.
I would love to hear from you. Am I leaving anything out?
Now your turn to introduce yourself!

I just started my blog not too long ago, but I wanted to be sure it wasn't for followers but for relationships - it'd be nice to know I'm not alone on this journey! I'm very excited to have found another single blogger! Seems like we are few and far between in the blogosphere.
