One of these days...

One of these days...
-I will find a man that will love me as much as I love him, until that day comes I will remember my first true love and the one that will always love me.

One of these days...
-I will put all my trust and faith in a man, until then I will worship the man that has all my trust and faith and taught me to trust.

One of these days...
-I will share my life with a man, until then I will be selfish with my time and thankful I don't have to share it with anyone but the Lord.

One of these days...
-I will understand why the Lord kept me in this season of singleness for what seems like an eternity some days, until then I will trust that the Lord has a plan that is far greater than I could ever imagine.
Singleness is something that most singles struggle with.  Some days it is easier than others, and some it is down right hard.  I have my fair share of both of those.
Valentine's Day was such a sweet reminder of the love that I pray the Lord someday has in store for me.  It was also another reminder of the love he has given me and has for me now.
The greatest love story I will ever be a part of and know is with my father in heaven and what a wonderful thought that is!
One of these days...
-The Lord will share his plans for my life with me, until then I will praise him for the things I currently know and have.  Singleness, family, and love.

What sweet words and sentiments. Lauren, you have put into words some of the things I feel about motherhood. It seems like everyday I think to myself, "someday..."

I'm glad you added the perspective of seeking contentedness in the moment.

Thanks for linking up!

Love this post! I'll pray for your peace during the time of searching for that perfect man for you to spend your life with. :) Maybe by the time he comes I'll have my wedding business up and going for you :)
Love you girl!
