Ft. Worth Water Gardens

A few weeks ago I met up with my two good friends, Rachel and Emilie, from my old job and we had a girls day in Ft. Worth.

Our first stop for the day was Cowtown Diner.  It was a recommendation from my brother and it was wonderful.  The girls even got to meet Steven because he was in the neighbor and stopped by to say hi.  We all had some great food and loved it all.  It was a beautiful day so we sat outside and enjoyed some sweet time catching up. I definitely recommend it for your next stop in downtown Ft. Worth!
From there we walked down to the Water Gardens.  If you have never been they are gorgeous and always a good time.  It is a must see every time I bring a friend to Ft. Worth for the first time.  There are three beautiful areas and my favorite is always the one that you can walk down into.  The girls loved it!
I always enjoy a fun trip to the Water Gardens and getting to experience it with people who have never been before is always great!  The gardens were designed by Philip Johnson, and I always love seeing his work in person!!
After a great time in the gardens we headed back to Sundance Square and got some Paciugo Gelato and it was amazing as always!!!  This day was great for many reasons being the beautiful weather, the great time spent with the girls, and some much needed time in one of my favorite cities, Ft. Worth.
